Dr. Santhosh Kumar S. is Professor of Finance in the School of Management Studies at Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, Kerala. He has 25 plus years of post-graduate teaching and research experience. Dr. Kumar is a Post-Doctoral Fellowship Awardee of ICSSR. He bagged his M.Com Degree from the University of Kerala with Gold Medal in the year 1991. His M.Phil. and Ph.D. are also from the University of Kerala.
Many of his research publications have appeared in ABDC and SCOPUS indexed journals. He is regularly authoring in periodicals on topics related to finance. Dr. Kumar is a resource person to conferences, seminars and workshops on finance, both national and international.
Dr. Kumar has produced 8 Ph.Ds. He has engaged several major and minor research projects funded by UGC and ICSSR
He is Subject Matter Expert, Academic Council, National Resource Centre in Commerce, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, University of Kerala. Dr. Santhosh is into several academic bodies such as Faculty of disciplines and Board of Studies of several universities and autonomous colleges across Kerala.
