The Readefine Club

The Readefine Club is a place for people who love reading, and get excited while talking about books. It is a place for expression, where book lovers can get together, relax and talk about books and arts.

Redefine Club envisages a lot of activities which include but are not limited to :-
Meetings, discussions and debates.
Conducted monthly/ weekly online sessions where we get together and discuss different topics; about books, current affairs, sensitive topics, just anything and everything.
Programs and competitions related to special days.
Starting from Why this Kolaveri to Vayanadinam celebrations, we made sure to bring out readefine club’s presence in all celebrations.
Book review sessions.
The staple diet of every book lover, to gather around and discuss about books.
Bite of love- In collaboration with Sparsham
On Valentine’s Day, small attempts from our side to rejuvenate love and renew hopes in the residents of Abhaya Old age Home and Government Children’s Home, Kakkanad.

Chakravyuha - The Business Quiz

 

The first edition of Chakravyuha - The Business Quiz was organised by the Quiz Club of SMS under sponsorship from Empire Overseas Education. It was a National level Business Quiz competition which included 17 teams from all over South India. The first prize was bagged by Ashwin A K & Pawan Kalyan of Jain University, Bangalore and second prize was bagged by the lone wolf Yeldho Shem Mathew from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery. The quiz was hosted by Dr. Nishith Anand, a quiz master of national repute.

                                                                                                                           

The peer committee of Speak Out Club and Readefine Club was constituted from within the student body. The committee members are committed towards the mission of enhancing communication skills as well as creativity of the students within the SMS fraternity
