The library at the School of Management Studies (SMS) housed in a two-storied structure, has a rich history of its own making it one of the best business school libraries in south India. It is well-equipped and organized, with a vast collection of books and digital resources catering to the intellectual stimulation of management students, professionals and researchers.
The library, as the Institute's informatics hub, offers a stimulating learning environment offering a well curated selection of books, journals, standards, periodicals, and newspapers in physical and electronic formats, and a collection of rare books and college publications. The 2000 strong book bank acts as an enabler for learners and so does the 5000+ doctoral and M.Phil. dissertations and projects on display
The CUSAT Library has launched the e-Shodh Sindhu consortium, which combines three consortium initiatives: the UGC-INFONET Digital Library Consortium, NLIST, and the INDEST-AICTE Consortium. The e-Shodh Sindhu will continue to provide current and archival access to more than 15,000 core and peer-reviewed journals, as well as a variety of bibliographic, citation, and factual databases in various disciplines from a large number of publishers and aggregators. The library is Wi-fi enabled and fully digitised with an online database, an OPAC, and various digital resources. Lending, Reprographic, Access to electronic resources are few other services offered by the library.
