Brief Profile

Dr. Fezeena Khadir is an avid academician with over 18 years of academic, administrative, training, research and industry experience. Her administrative roles in B-schools include that of Head of the MBA Department, Placement Officer, Journal Editorial Board member, Admissions Coordinator and Chief Coordinator of NAAC accreditation (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). External assignments include PhD examiner, Subject Matter Expert of corporate interview boards, university Question Paper Setter, motivational and soft skills trainer and resource person to various government departments and private institutions.

She has successfully completed two funded projects of the Government of Kerala during her tenure at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in the role of co-investigator. She has vividly researched in Consumer Behaviour, Branding, Sustainable Fashion and Social Media Marketing; published more than 40 research papers and presented research works in national and international conferences on various topics ranging from consumer protection, complaining behavior, luxury brands, fashion blogs, eco-fashion, fashion lingerie, counterfeit fashion products, service quality, e-commerce, healthcare, UI/UX, mobile applications, service quality etc. A passionate teacher, a caring mentor and dynamic research guide, she motivates her research scholars to work on contemporary areas of management. She is also an astute administrator when it comes to organizing seminars, workshops and also in moderating conferences. With a passion for fitness regimes and healthy cooking, Fezeena is a high-spirited and vibrant personality to befriend.
