Dr. Meera Prathapan holds a Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology and was a recipient of the RUSA Post-Doctoral Fellowship. She also holds an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Travel & Tourism and has teaching experience of more than 10 years. Her areas of interest include Marketing, Tourism and Positive Education. She has published research papers and articles in national and international journals and serves as a reviewer for several academic publications. In addition to her teaching and research experience, she is a workshop facilitator in Research Methodology, Marketing domains, Tourism, and Life skills. She has also undertaken consultancy assignments from industry and holds administrative positions at CUSAT, including Assistant Coordinator of the Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC), where she actively mentor students in innovation and development. She also serves as a Member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), CUSAT and as the AICTE Coordinator at the School of Management Studies, CUSAT.
