Dr. Remya Ramachnadran has obtained Doctorate in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. She holds M Phil degree in Management Science and M Com degree in Finance. She is an approved research guide in the area of Commerce in Mahatma Gandhi University and in Social Science at Cochin University of Science and Technology. She has got 18 years of teaching and research experience. Dr Remya is an eminent resource person in the areas of Capital Market, IFRS, Women Empowerment and Leadership at various National and International Seminars/ Workshops.
Currently, she is holding the position of University Co-ordinator, National Service Scheme (NSS), CUSAT. In recognition of her exceptional outreach activities in building ‘homes for the homeless’ and other social service initiatives for the marginalised and underprivileged sections of the society through the NSS, she has been bestowed with State Level award during the year 2018-19
