Mr. Lithin Thomas holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MBITS College, Nellimattom, and an MBA from the School of Management Studies (SMS), CUSAT. A proud alumnus of SMS, he continues his deep engagement with the university in several capacities: as the Program Officer of NSS Unit 8 of CUSAT, Faculty Mentor for the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) SMS Student Chapter, and Faculty Coordinator of the prestigious management fest "Talentime."

A recipient of the Maulana Azad National Fellowship, Mr. Thomas is currently pursuing his PhD in Operations Management. His professional background is diverse, spanning roles as an Assistant Engineer at Kerala Agro Machinery Corporation Ltd. (KAMCO) and an Executive Trainee in the banking sector.

He is a Life Time Member of both the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE). Throughout his academic journey, he has been a prize-winner in Talent Search Examinations conducted by NCERT and Holy Faith.
