Dr. Nimitha Aboobaker is working as Assistant Professor at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. She has secured research fellowships and best paper awards from eminent institutions like University Grants Commission, Indian Institute of Management, University of Hyderabad, Indian Society for Training and Development, and Indian Academy of Management. With several research papers in international journals, she is reviewer to more than a dozen international journals and has won the Emerald Literati Award for ‘Outstanding Reviewer’, in 2022 and 2021 (Emerald Publications). Dr. Nimitha is a member of Editorial Board: Journal of Global Hospitality and Tourism, University of South Florida, USA, Society and Business Review (ABDC-B category journal, Emerald Publications) and Review Editor on the Editorial Board of Organizational Psychology (Frontiers in Psychology and Frontiers in Communication), and the “Management Researcher”, Published by University of Kerala. Dr. Nimitha’s research works has been invited for presentation in top-tier international conferences, including Texas A&M University-Central Texas and University of South Florida Dr. Nimitha is a management consultant and also is a highly sought after resource person to workshops and faculty development programs on Research Methodology, Web and Text Analytics, Academic Publishing, Business Analytics and Data Analysis using IBM SPSS and AMOS.
